Kim Kardashian is rolling around grass in a skimpy bikini and ensuring the family’s bank balance gets a boost. The 40-year-old reality star and SKIMS founder last week took a break from promoting her own labels, instead shouting out 25-year-old sister Kendall Jenner and her 2021-launched 818 tequila brand.
Posting for her 236 million Instagram followers, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians queen bee showed off her sensational swimwear body, with fans quickly spotting bottles of Kendall’s 818 in the sun-drenched snaps. Keeping her caption short and sweet, Kim said she was being a “Supportive Sister.”
Kim Kardashian gives 818 Tequila a boost
See the photos below. They come as Kim continues to share snaps from her Palm Springs, CA vacation – the mom of four has also made July headlines for a high-profile Italy trip where new SKIMS face Kate Moss joined her.
This time solo and throwing out a YOLO vibe, Kim was seen plonked on grass and in a tiny teal bikini and trucker hat. The Calabasas-based star, showing off her 24-inch waist and gym-honed muscles, held a bottle of Kendall’s $59.99 tequila in one hand as she was seen laughing, but there was double the trouble going on – the opening photo showed Kim holding a can of Cacti as she discreetly shouted out Travis Scott’s hard seltzer brand. The “Astroworld” rapper shares 3-year-old daughter Stormi Webster with Kim’s little sister Kylie Jenner.
Kim, who wore an 818 truck from the merch range backing Kendall’s brand, added an “818” in her caption. She cleverly used a cacti emoji to ensure Nike face Travis wasn’t excluded.
Quick to call Kim a “Hot Moma” was 38-year-old Scott Disick. The Talentless founder continues to make headlines as baby mama and ex Kourtney Kardashian dates Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. Long-time BFF and socialite Paris Hilton also spotted the post, leaving Kim a string of fire emoji.
Kendall made February headlines for announcing her 818 tequila brand, one that came with a high-profile May launch party attended by the likes of Justin Bieber and Katy Perry. In her initial statement, the Calvin Klein face proudly told fans:
“ almost 4 years i’ve been on a journey to create the best tasting tequila. after dozens of blind taste tests, trips to our distillery, entering into world tasting competitions anonymously and WINNING (🥳) ..3.5 years later i think we’ve done it!”
“This is all we’ve been drinking for the last year and i can’t wait for everyone else to get their hands on this to enjoy it as much as we do! @drink818 coming soon,” she added.
The brand – and its founder – have since faced cultural appropriation backlash, although it doesn’t seem to have affected sales. Last week, 818 sold out.
