Kim Kardashian, 40, may have only filed for divorce from rapper and fashion designer Kanye West, 44, in February, but she proved once and for all that there’s no bad blood between the once iconic couple. On Thursday evening, the 40-year-old SKIMS founder surprised fans and many attendees at the sold-out “Donda” album launch party when she made an unexpected appearance to show her ex-husband some love and support.
Despite there being circulating rumors that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are “no longer on speaking terms,” the KKW Beauty founder and mom of four showed up for her ex-husband’s latest artistic endeavour in Atlanta.

Kim Kardashian reportedly flew into Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday with her sister, Khloe Kardashian, and four children – North, eight, Saint, five, Chi, three and Psalm, two – in tow to make a surprise appearance at the “Donda” listening party – an album named after Kanye’s late mother Donda West – held at the Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The event was trending all over social media with #Donda, with many fans thrilled at the unexpected reunion!
“OMG Kim and Kanye in the same room!!! Imma diiiiiiiiie 😻🤯,” one fan wrote on social media.
Another fan added, below a video of Kim entering the stadium, “Did not expect Kimmy to be here but so happy! Girl looks bomb!”
Kim Kardashian coordinates with ex
Keeping true to her vow to stay amicable and support her ex-husband despite their difference, Kim donned a fiery red jumpsuit that perfectly complimented Kanye’s striking red performance ensemble, a red puffer jacket, matching trousers, a pair of vivid Yeezy shoes, and what appeared to be a stretchy full head facemask.
Some fans even went as far as to suggest on social media that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West “coordinated their outfits” on purpose! … though that seems a bit of a stretch.
Although the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star kept off Instagram during the performance, her sister Khloe was less restrained, sharing an array of snaps and videos from her front-row seat to her Instagram Story.
According to reports, just hours before the launch of the event, an insider close to the SKIMS founder revealed to E! that Kanye West spoke to Kim Kardashian about including a track about their marriage on the album…
“He was respectful and gave her the heads up,” the source shared, noting that the rapper “did not want to blindside” Kim with such personal lyrics.
