Recently, Kourtney Kardashian launched a “wellness series ” on Poosh, which gives readers tips, tricks and inside looks on how different women “celebrate self-care and what it means to them”. According to the article, every Sunday, the Poosh founder takes a “self-care” day which sees her ditching her normal routine – which typically includes a gravity-defying workout – in favour of a much more relaxed day spent with her kids by the pool, indulging in some good food, and a trip to the farmers market.
To kick off her wellness day of self-care, Kourtney Kardashian starts the day by consuming “Vital Proteins” blueberry and lemon collagen drink which helps her skin stay glowing and youthful. She also reportedly gives herself a special facial with three different types of masks, luckily she has a well-stocked cupboard of facemasks, as Kourtney switches up between products depending on “what her skin” needs that day.
