While Kate Middleton, aka Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William take a bit of time away from the royal spotlight to enjoy a few days of peace on their annual vacation with their three kids – Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, six, and Prince Louis, three – many are wondering what the Duchess will be up to during her days off, and while it’s likely she’ll be kept busy running after three hyper kids, we have no doubt that Kate will still manage to cram in some time to indulge in at least one her many hobbies – one which she recently revealed included beekeeping.

Kate Middleton is an accomplished cook, having already impressed Britain’s sweetheart Mary Berry with her baking abilities, and previously she revealed that she chooses “home-cooked comfort food over luxury dining“, so while on vacation it’s very likely that the Duchess of Cambridge will pick up the cooking mantle and recreate some of her favourite dishes for the family. But what is her ultimate favourite dish, and how can you recreate it at home? Find out below!

But for times when she can’t get a takeaway, the 39-year-old mom of three uses a recipe just like the one below to create a perfect Indian meal right at home, and now so can you!
