Scott Disick isn’t the only one going back on his word as Kendall Jenner has allegedly also recently exhibited some extremely flaky behavior.

BuzzFeed News reports that the American model allegedly failed to attend the second installment of a two-time photoshoot with the Italian fashion company, Liu Jo, despite showing up for the first installment back in July 2019. Jenner received her check of $1.35 million for the initial photo opportunity, but it looks like she’s going to have to pay that back and then some as she is being sued by the fashion company for a breach of contract.

Why is Kendall Jenner being sued for $1.8 million?

In their accusation, Liu Jo states that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star went M.I.A and failed to respond to the company after they relentlessly attempted to get in contact with her to postpone the second half of the spring/summer photoshoot.

The aforementioned shoot was initially postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and for months both Kendall Jenner and Liu Jo tried to find a suitable date, but this proved to be hard to do so once Jenner allegedly stopped responding. Because of this, the company reportedly reworked their entire catalog, spending tons of money to compensate for the reality star’s absence, hence the reason why the lawsuit’s asking price is so expensive.

Naturally, being sued for millions wouldn’t sit right with any celebrity, which is why Kendall Jenner’s representative team quickly responded to these accusations and denied them all, stating:

"[Jenner] continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic. Jenner has willingly offered to complete services honoring her commitments."

Despite denying the allegations, the Italian fashion company has yet to rescind its legal claims, and it is entirely possible that they may continue going forward with the $1.8 million lawsuit. However, it looks like Kendall Jenner isn’t backing down any time soon either.
