Kylie Swim is one of the most highly anticipated fashion lines from the Kardashian-Jenner clan this year. Fans can’t wait to get their hands on a trendy swimsuit or two especially now that creator Kylie Jenner has been giving us a few sneak peeks at what’s to come.

So far, we’ve seen there are tons of bikini styles as well as one-pieces that are sure to make anyone’s jaw drop, but it looks like a particular style of Jenner’s one-pieces has made jaws drop before.

A fashion company by the name of Nemesis Apparel noticed an uncanny resemblance between Kylie Jenner’s swimwear and their own. The similarities are so unmistakable that the company had no other choice but to call the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star out for her alleged lack of originality. Yikes!

Fashion company calls out Kylie Jenner for stealing swimsuit design

Nemesis Apparel took to their Instagram to get the attention of both Jenner and their 16,8000 followers, to make sure everyone knows how they’ve been ripped off for one of their designs that they’ve had for more than two years.

See the post in the link here.

As you can see, the bathing suits are pretty similar to one another. Both have the halter top style, both have the notable criss-cross in the bodice of the swimwear, and they both have the same design at the bottom with the exception of the strings from Nemesis Apparel’s style.

OG fans of the fashion company came to the small business’ defense in the comments, agreeing that this is, once again, another case of the family of celebrities knocking off lesser-known companies.

“ needs to hire a team of people that can actually come up with their own designs and not a team to steal designs,” one commenter said, while another agreed by stating, “It’s embarrassing for to even do this! Big business always trying to copy small business work!”

Jenner is coming under fire not so long after her older sister, Kendall Jenner, also came under suspicion of copying a tequila brand’s design for her 818 Tequila. It’s clear the Jenners have a lot of explaining to do and a lot of props to give if they want the accusations to cease.

Kylie Jenner has yet to make a statement regarding the recent accusations, but once or if she does, we will be sure to update you with all the latest.
