Tongues are sure wagging after Kim Kardashian, 40, stepped out and debuted a much smaller derriere spurring rumors that the 40-year-old SKIMS founder has gone under the knife to remove her famous bum fillers! Could this be true?

When you think of Kim Kardashian, I am sure lots of things come to mind, after all, she is a successful billionaire businesswoman, reality star, and a lawyer to be and has achieved tremendous things in her career so far, but most of the time, unfortunately, the first thing to mind, when thinking about the mom-of-four, is her famous derriere!

In the past, Kim Kardashian has been plagued by rumors that her famous bum is actually due to fillers, a rumor she has tried to previously squash on an episode on KUWTK in 2011 by getting an X-Ray done to prove her famous curves are real, but could she have had fillers since? Fans think so! – and after Kim recently posed with a noticeably smaller derriere, many believed that after years of flaunting her famous curves the SKIMS founder has had enough and has gone under the knife to remove her bum fillers.

On Wednesday, Kim Kardashian took to her social media to innocently post a picture of herself with her youngest child, her son, Psalm West, two, and although the picture drew lots of sweet comments from family, friends and fans, and over 4 million likes, while scrolling through the comments I couldn’t help but notice that it appeared that many fans had the same thought; that Kim has had surgery.

Many of her comments consisted of fans commenting on her much smaller looking derriere with a few stating that the mom-of-four looked “much better” while others just pointed out the difference.

“You look better with lesser implants Kimmy 👏👏😍 ,” a follower of Kim Kardashian commented on the post. Another adding, “I swear her bum looks so different.”

“What happened to her booty?” a third quizzed.

Although the vast online speculation, Kim Kardashian has not commented on the rumors, nor has she denied or confirmed them, so what does an expert think?

Mark Ho-Asjoe, a plastic surgeon, shared his opinion with OK! magazine about the head-turning snap: “The main difference with Kim’s bottom is the emptiness at the top compared to photos of her before. Something has been removed.”

He added: “Either she has had butt implants taken out or she has had filler dissolved or liposuction to reduce the size of her bottom.”

Either way, Kim Kardashian is still a 100% hottie and bum implants or not the SKIMS founder will always be one of the most gorgeous women in showbusiness.
