Fans impressed with Kim Kardashian’s Saturday Night Live promo video ahead of hosting debut
Cool, calm, and collected! Those are three words that seem to describe Kim Kardashian ahead of her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live. Though we know the reality star is likely freaking out over the big gig, she looks absolutely posed and professional in the new promotional video released for the episode.
It was major news when it was announced that the 40-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum would be hosting an episode of SNL — a once in a lifetime chance that many celebrities only dream of. Though the response to the news was divisive, to say the least, Kim’s fans are confident she’ll do a wonderful job.
Kim doesn’t have very much acting experience, although she has appeared in a few television shows before, but we know this lawyer-to-be is extremely dedicated and so we’re sure she’s taking her rehearsals very seriously. Plus, reports claim Kanye West is helping her to prepare.
Whatever Kim is doing to get ready must be working, because the promo video recently released proves she knows what she’s doing in front of a camera. Take a look at the clip below.
Over on Reddit, Kim’s fans are commending her on her poise in the video, noting that she doesn’t seem nervous at all. One person wrote, “She looks great and judging from this, it seems like she’ll do just fine. I’m genuinely surprised she’s so relaxed and natural in this. Season 1 Kimmy could never.”
Another added, “I know this was a super short promo but her line delivery was better than I expected lol, I feel like she’s actually gonna be super funny and I’m excited.”
The general consensus is that Kim is going to crush the hosting job! Another questioned whether or not ratings for SNL will go up with her appearance. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on that!
