Scott Disick is dating again after Amelia Hamlin split

He’s back in the game! But this time around, Scott Disick might be more hesitant to jump right back into a full-on relationship.

As we previously reported, news hit in September that Scott, 38, and Amelia Hamlin, 20, split after nearly a year of dating. At the time, it was said that the pair were on a break, but it looks like they have no plans of reconciling. Instead, it appears the Flip it Like Disick star is dating again, but perhaps not like he used to.

Is Scott Disick dating anyone?

According to a new report from People, here’s what a source said when it comes to how the dad-of-four has been handling his newly single life:

"“The split from Amelia was sudden and unexpected. He was pretty shocked about it. He has slowly been dating, but is not serious with anyone. He seems good though. He is around for his kids a lot. He loves spending time with them.”"

Though Scott and Amelia certainly seemed happy together, fans were not convinced they were in for the long haul. Scott had just come off an almost three-year relationship with Sofia Richie, and there’s no doubting the fact that Scott has still had lingering feelings for his baby mama, Kourtney.

When it comes to his relationship with Kourtney nowadays, the same insider dished:

"“Scott and Kourtney are doing okay too. He is still not completely over how serious Kourtney is with Travis [Barker]. He is trying to let it go though. They want to make the upcoming holidays special for the kids so this is the focus.”"

According to a report from last month, Kourtney did not think Scott and Amelia would last. It’s clear to most that Scott is still struggling with Kourtney moving on. As we saw in the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Scott always held onto hope that he and Kourt could rekindle their romance at some point, and it seemed obvious he would likely abandon any relationship to be with her again.

At this point, it’s good to hear Scott is giving dating another shot — but cautiously. His kids are his main priority and that’s the most important thing.
