Congratulations are in order for Travis Barker and his boo Kourtney Kardashian as they have decided to spend forever together!

Yesterday, the couple officially got engaged after about eight months of dating, and Kravis fans couldn’t be any happier for this lovely couple — especially when they remember what each of their dating histories is like.

As we know, Kourtney Kardashian was previously in a relationship with Scott Disick with whom she now shares three children. However, before kids came into the picture, the two were totally in love and by the looks of it, were heading towards being the endgame of being a married couple.

Of course, we know that this didn’t exactly work out, which is why it’s extremely nice to see that she still managed to find her Prince Charming despite her previous failed almost-marriage.

Has Travis Barker been married before?

Looks like the upcoming third time will be the charm for Travis Barker because, according to Elite Daily, this Blink-182 drummer was married two times before. His first marriage was to a woman named Melissa Kennedy.

Though much is not currently known about Kennedy, the two were briefly married in 2001 before deciding to call it quits a year later. The reasons for this split remain a mystery to this day, but Barker’s next marriage was certainly more public.

Shortly after his divorce in 2002, Barker met his second wife, Shanna Moakler, with who he tied the knot two years later after welcoming their first child, Landon Asher, in 2003. Barker popped the big question at California’s Disneyland, which, coincidentally, is Kourtney Kardashian’s most favorite place in the world.

Coincidences aside, Barker and Moakler’s marriage was pretty steady in the following years. So much so that the two decided to document their marriage on the 2005 MTV reality series, Meet the Barkers.

The show ran for two seasons before Barker called for it to be pulled off the air due to the fact that it was beginning to sour his marriage with Moakler, however, by the time he made this decision to save their marriage, it was too late.

Despite welcoming their second child, Alabama Luella, in 2005, a year later, Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler decided to go their separate ways, filing for a divorce in August of 2006 that wasn’t finalized until 2008 after the couple attempted to reconcile multiple times.

With two marriages behind him and one on the way, it’s safe to say that Travis Barker will most certainly ensure this next one is his last. After all, he notes that Kourtney Kardashian was the one that helped him fly again, and a person like that is one that anyone would keep around forever.
