As the 10th tragic passing of an attendee of Travis Scott’s deadly Astroworld concert was confirmed last night, Kylie Jenner, allegedly, seems to have fled from her partner’s Houston home last night to head home to her mansion in Los Angeles, California.

Recently, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been under fire for insensitively posting an Instagram story of the tragic event that included an emergency vehicle desperately trying to get through the sea of concert-goers. And, though her heinous mistake landed her in plenty of hot water, her public recoil was nothing compared to the blowback her partner Travis Scott received, which could explain why she stayed in Houston for a week after the tragedy.

However, with the consequences for Scott and Jenner having yet to conclude, it is unclear why the celebrity chose to leave now. We speculate her decision, below.

Why did Kylie Jenner leave Travis Scott in Houston?

According to OK! Magazine, Jenner made this decision solely to avoid being by the public as being seen could have potentially made things much worse for the Kylie Cosmetics founder.

“Kylie and her team waited until it was late and left the house in blacked-out cars heading for the airport,” an insider told the media outlet, “They didn’t want anyone to see them.”

At this moment, we are not entirely sure what lies ahead for Jenner as she heads back to California, however, we do know that she and Scott’s team have been working overtime, after hearing the desparate cries of the celebrities, to figure out how they can proceed forward with both their careers and their lives that includes a child on the way.

It’s possible that the team can undo some of the damage made, but with the growing outrage for Astroworld, it’s also possible that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott may have to continue hiding their movements from the public so that no one can see them.
