Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reunite for Virgil Abloh tribute

Following the heartbreaking passing of Virgil Abloh, hundreds of celebrities all over the world came together last night in Miami, Florida to celebrate the life of the legendary visionary that changed the fashion world forever.

DJ Khaled, Luke Sabbat, Pharrell, Rihanna, ASAP Rocky, and Grammy Award-winning musician Ricky Martin are just a few of the many A-list stars that attended the beautiful memorial service. And the star-studded list didn’t stop there as two separated individuals came together in love to honor their late friend.

Page Six reports that, along with their daughter North West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sat side-by-side during Louis Vuitton’s 2022 Spring/Summer collection that served as Virgil Abloh’s final showcasing.

The two looked on at the final pieces created by Abloh as a unit, letting us know that these celebrities were able to put a pause on their divorce drama — that consists of Kanye not necessarily believing they are ending their marriage — in order to put on a brave front for the service.

Shortly after the event, Kardashian, West and their eight-year-old daughter took a photo in front of a 30-foot tall statue of the late creative director. And by the looks of it, it looks like West’s recent prayer about his family came true.

On Sunday, the American musician lamented:

"All I think about every day is how I get my family back together and how I heal the pain that I’ve caused. I take accountability for my actions. New word alert: misactions. The one thing that all my successes and failures have in common is me."

As we know, Kim Kardashian is still adamant about separating from Kanye West and has moved on to her new partner Pete Davidson to find another chance at love. Even still, it is rather heartwarming to see that she and her ex-husband won’t let drama get in the way of saying farewell to their powerhouse of a friend.
