Will Kanye West spend Christmas with the Kardashians? Here’s what an insider says

As the holidays are upon us, fans are wondering just how the Kardashians will be spending Christmastime together. More specifically, if Kanye West will be included or not.

Throughout the year, West has had somewhat of an up-and-down relationship with the family of celebrities and it was assumed that, besides Kim Kardashian, the musician hasn’t maintained his relationship with the rest of his estranged wife’s family.

However, with family time being amongst his top priorities in a fight to win back Kim Kardashian’s heart, we can’t help but wonder if Kanye will spend the special holiday with the Kardashians or if he, unfortunately, won’t be home for Christmas.

An insider tells US Weekly that, while we don’t know for sure whether or not the rapper will make an appearance at each family holiday party, Kim Kardashian has certainly extended an invite to her ex-partner. This is because she “wants Kanye to be a big part of their [the kids’] lives.”

But, with recent events, there’s a chance Kanye won’t accept the invitation.

This report about Kardashian wanting West present for the holidays comes soon after she filed to be considered legally single which would, in turn, allow her to drop the “West” in her last name. It is not currently known how West feels about this decision, however, it’s safe to assume that if he is a no-show at Christmas, he may have not taken his estranged wife’s filing too well.

Another aspect that may come into play and result in an absent Kanye would most likely be Kim’s relationship with Pete Davidson.

Though Kim and Pete have been under the radar as of late, the two are reportedly making each other happy, with sparks flying every time they get together. With the relationship apparently going strong, it’s possible that Kanye will have hard feelings about spending time with Kim in person.

Hopefully, West doesn’t harbor any bad blood towards Kardashian, as despite having a romantic fling with Pete Davidson and filing to return to her maiden name, she still prioritizes having a healthy co-parenting relationship with the father of her children. This means he can show up for Christmas parties and it won’t be awkward for the family nor the kids.

“Kim worked for so long to make her and Kanye’s marriage work and it didn’t,” an insider expressed. “She will continue to coparent, have him in her life for the kids, but she is not going to be back with him romantically. Kim has already moved on.”
