Pete Davidson ‘reluctant’ to spend Christmas with Kim Kardashian because of Kanye West

Fans were ecstatic when they found out that Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian might spend their first Christmas together as a couple. However, with Davidson seemingly getting cold feet at the last minute, fans could possibly have their feelings of joy turned into disappointment.

Will Pete Davidson spend Christmas with Kim Kardashian?

The Sun reports us that Pete Davidson is, in fact, game for spending the holidays with Kim Kardashian. But, he is also feeling reluctant towards doing so because of her estranged husband, Kanye West, who is still adamantly fighting to win her heart back.

An insider exclusively reported to the media outlet:

"Kim and Pete are looking forward to spending time together over Christmas and New Year, they’ve been having so much fun. He has been invited to Kris’ annual Christmas Eve party, but is reluctant to go and nervous because he knows how much the family loves Kanye- and how hard he’s finding the split."

As stated above, Kanye West has not been taking the reality of the divorce too well, especially after initially believing that the separation wasn’t happening in the first place. His wake-up call came not only it was reported Kim was dating the Saturday Night Live star, but also after she filed to be legally single with the full intention of dropping the “West” from her name. With all this in mind, West actively pursuing Kardashian harder than ever before certainly doesn’t come as a shock to anyone. Hence why, through it all, Davidson is making his intentions with Kim Kardashian known.

“Pete doesn’t want to get in the middle of things,” the insider expressed. “But he also wants to spend time with Kim and the family, they all adore him.”

There’s a fair chance that Pete Davidson’s worries may be in vain, being that Kanye West has yet to RSVP to the event. But if the musician does decide to attend, it’s possible that Davidson will be backed by the Kardashian-Jenner clan should anything go down.

After all, Davidson makes Kim Kardashian extremely happy and her family, as they always do, want nothing but the best for her.
