Looks like Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson won’t spend Christmas together after all

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson reportedly had plans to spend the holidays together for the first time as a newly formed couple. The two almost went arm-in-arm to Kris Jenner’s holiday party where other celebrities, including Kanye West, were extended an invite. However, it seems that their plans have gone awry just days before the special holiday, opting to celebrate Christmas individually.

Why Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson aren’t spending Christmas together

People reports that Kim Kardashian wants to spend time with her four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, during Christmas as opposed to celebrating with Pete Davidson. This is simply because of the fact that she spent loads of time having fun with Davidson in New York and now, she just wants to have a relaxing time with her adorable family.

“She had a good trip to New York,” an insider reports. “Pete took Kim to some of his favorite places. She had fun. Kim is celebrating Christmas with the kids and won’t see Pete.”

Not mentioned in Kim’s change of plans is whether or not her estranged husband Kanye West will come to celebrate Christmas with the kids alongside her.

As we know, the divorce led to West and Kardashian residing in separate households, evenly splitting custody of their children. But as this is their first Christmas as a separated couple, it’s possible that Kim Kardashian would prioritize the kids’ need for normalcy during rather than putting her own emotions first.

If Kardashian does spend Christmas with West, it would likely be in his favor, as he not only wants to reconcile but he’s also freshly single. There is a chance that he may see this as an opportunity to change Kardashian’s mind and properly win back her heart–that is, if he could keep a love-struck Pete Davidson out of the narrative.

Despite not spending time with Kardashian on Christmas, the People source reports that Davidson, who was nervous about possibly encountering Kanye West at Kris Jenner’s party, will stay in Los Angeles until Christmas Day. This means if his special lady ever needs him, he will be right down the road to sweep her off her feet.

Christmas 2021 may not have gone how Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson intended, but as long as they have one another, we’re sure everything will be just fine.
