In case you aren’t caught up, Kanye West dropped a rather eerie video for his new song “Eazy.”

In the video, a claymation figure of West can be seen kidnapping and burying alive a Pete Davidson-resembling figure. The video prompted many to believe West was threatening to hurt Davidson in some way, which led to the video receiving tons of backlash and criticism regarding how much it crossed the line.

With all the negative comments coming out, West came forward to seemingly defend his new music video in his latest Instagram photo. In the picture’s caption, the rapper stated:

"“Art is therapy just like this view. Art is protected as freedom of speech. Art inspires and simplifies the world. Art is not a proxy for any ill or harm. Any suggestion otherwise about my art is false and mal intended.”"

Kanye West’s stance on the music video is clear as day, but what about Kim Kardashian‘s?

How Kim Kardashian feels about Kanye West’s “Eazy” video

According to People, Kim Kardashian is “furious” about the “Eazy” video and couldn’t be any more through with her ex-husband’s concerning behavior.

“She thinks it’s way too violent and is upset,” a source told the media outlet. “She’s really upset with Kanye that he’d do this. She’s completely over all of this and she wants it to stop.”

Her annoyance towards Kanye West’s one-sided beef with her boyfriend Pete Davidson is certainly understood as, prior to the video, Kim Kardashian allegedly told West to refrain from bothering Davidson after West dropped the lyric, “God saved me from that crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s a*s.”

“U are creating a dangerous and scary environment,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star allegedly stated in now-deleted screenshots of her and West’s heated conversation. “Someone will hurt Pete and this will be all your fault.”

Initially, it seemed West abided by Kardashian’s warnings, however, it’s clear that the jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy star was only buying time to make matters worse for everyone, especially the kids.

Being that West was extremely vocal about his disdain towards his daughter North West being on the internet, many believed he would be a tad more cautious about what he puts out for public consumption as it could fall into North West’s lap at any given moment. But now, with the debut of his newest music video, it’s become unmistakably clear that West truly doesn’t believe his morals apply to himself.

“[Kim] doesn’t understand how Kanye can get upset about North being on TikTok yet he can put out these kinds of videos. It makes no sense to her,” an insider expressed to People. “She is very angry about the violence and she just feels that it’s inappropriate and wrong.”

As of today, the video has over three million views on YouTube and it doesn’t look like West will be taking it down anytime soon if at all.
