Kim Kardashian took to Instagram this week to clear up every single Photoshop accusation made against her in recent months.
Beginning with the controversy surrounding why Khloe Kardashian went as far as to allow Kim Kardashian to edit True Thompson into a picture, the SKIMS founder wasn’t afraid to admit that she cropped Stormi Webster out of a photo of Chicago West at Disneyland and, instead, decided to add in True to make up for it. Apparently, Kim wanted to post the photos but Kylie didn’t want her to, so she had to swap kids in order to share them.
In her Instagram Story earlier this week, Kim wrote:
"It wasn’t the aesthetic I was going for and I can own up to that! You know how much a good aesthetic means to my soul. And I will be damned if Kylie will ruin that for me and mess up my IG grid. So thank you Ture for taking one for the team. I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal if her own mom questioned if I snuck her to a Disneyland for the first time."
Following this confession, Kim Kardashian continued to address even more Photoshop allegations, including a rumor that stated she edited her belly button in a promotional snap for SKIMS. She swiftly denied cropping out her body part so that the public would cease the accusations. However, it was her next denial that fans desperately needed for her to speak up about.
Kim Kardashian denies Photoshopping Pete Davidson
People Magazine reports Kim Kardashian responded to the shocking allegation that she altered a picture of Pete Davidson to make his facial structure look stronger than it actually is.
See the photo in question below.
Seemingly frustrated about the rumors, Kim, once again, took to her Instagram Story to call out the fan-made side-by-side comparison of Pete’s face in another photo and in hers.
“Hmmm. I guess Pete’s jawline is snatched!!!! Snatched to the point u guys thought I photoshopped it!!!” the 41-year-old celebrity teased. “One pic he’s laughing in mid convo! Wait I did add a grainy filter tho.”
Continuing, Kim stated, “How do you photoshop a live photo? Asking for a friend…,” prompting everyone to consider this case closed.
Needless to say, fans are still pretty perplexed at the lengths Kim Kardashian would go to achieve an Instagram aesthetic, believing that she simply didn’t have to post the picture if it didn’t fit her vibe. But as far as Pete Davidson is concerned, in her eyes, he will always fit her aesthetic, so there’s no need for any Photoshop there.
