It seems like not everyone was happy to hear that Travis Barker popped the question to Kourtney Kardashian.
During episode 4 of Hulu’s The Kardashians, audiences got to see the beautiful proposal between Barker and Kardashian. There, Barker got down on bended knee in the middle of a heart-shaped bed full of roses and asked the 43-year-old celebrity to be his wife.
Most of the friends and family in attendance rejoiced in hearing Barker asked the big question and were even more ecstatic to know Kardashian accepted the ring. However, it was apparent Kendall Jenner was quick to point out what the engagement would mean to Kourtney’s ex.

Fans enraged at Kendall Jenner for siding with Scott Disick
Pop Buzz reports Kendall Jenner chose the wrong time and place to bring up how Scott Disick may feel about his ex-girlfriend–who he dated for about 10 years–being engaged to someone else.
On the night of the engagement, Jenner wondered if Kourtney Kardashian had any “sympathy” for Disick’s situation. Kardashian stated that she did, but Jenner didn’t necessarily believe her big sister’s statement was genuine. Over the back and forth, Kim Kardashian stepped into the conversation.
“He’s [Disick] also had like five/six years to get over this,” Kim Kardashian replied.
“Of course, but It’s always going to sting,” Jenner said to further defend Disick.
Kim Kardashian quickly shut down the entire conversation, believing that the sisters should discuss the logistics of the Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian situation at another time. Jenner left the issue alone for the night, but fans were already angered by Jenner’s statements.
“Girl she just got engaged can we let her have her moment?!” one Twitter user stated. “Scott has had years. Thank god Kim shut this convo.”
Another commenter agreed with the above sentiments, writing, “Kendall is annoying. Why are you making Kourtney’s engagement about Scott’s feelings? He’s had plenty of chances to get his act together if he truly wanted to be with her.”
At this time, it’s unclear why Kendall Jenner chose to defend Scott Disick in the first place, especially after being privy to all the struggles the couple went through when they were together. Perhaps the next episode of The Kardashians will shed some light on her point of view.
