Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner become Good American bosses

Khloe Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, teamed up for the BOSSWEAR Collection for Khloe’s fashion company, Good American.  The collection is described as “POWER PIECES FOR EMPOWERED WOMEN,” featuring the classic office staples-blazers, button-down shirts, and pants but with a colorful twist.   There is even a bright pink strapless minidress with matching leggings for a powering boost.  When wearing the fashions, women in the workforce will feel unstoppable yet beautiful simultaneously.

The line debuted on February 16th, but Khloe and Kris had previewed some of the apparel earlier this week.  In their respective Instagram posts, the younger of the two poses with a phone and sits alongside her momager.  The latter can be seen behind a desk, wearing a white button-up and flowing black pants.

This is the second time Good American has launched its exclusive workwear line, with the first one being successful in profit.

The entire look is reminiscent of the 1980s, which makes sense as Khloe was born in 1984.  The 1980s was an intense decade for women employees who desired to become at the top of their fields.  Additionally, the ongoing movement opened doors for women and their rights.

To promote the newest line, Good American launched a campaign ad starring its founder, Khloe Kardashian, and her boss of a mom, Kris  Jenner.  The coolest throwback of the ad is the vintage desktop computers that made the video inspiringly nostalgic.  Khloe is also channeling the 80s with her poofy hair and accessories.

In a statement obtained by Women’s Wear Daily (WWD), Khloe further expressed the purpose of the BOSSWEAR line and why the Kocktails with Khloe alum recruited her mother to be the face of the collection.

Workwear can be a really difficult category for so many women to find both on-trend and well-fitting pieces in a full-size range. We’ve done that with this collection, and I couldn’t be more proud — and I’m excited for everyone to try it!  For the campaign, we decided to use none other than Kris Jenner!  When I think of a boss, the only person that comes to mind is my mom.  Everything about her says ‘boss’ — and we had the best time on set.”

The collection offers extended sizes from XS to 5XL and other Good American fashions.  In terms of price, the Scuba fitted blazer goes for $149 USD while the Scuba Pencil Skirt is $125 USD.

When did Khloe Kardashian launch Good American?

The Kardashians star debuted Good American in 2016 with business partner Emma Grede.  The company is well known for its exclusive sizing, sustainability efforts, and jeans to fit sizes 00-32 in various styles and shades.  Aside from finding the right fit of jeans, Good American prides itself on body acceptance and helping women find their voice.   Khloe has been spotted wearing her brand on The Kardashians and even gifted jeans on her E! network show,  Revenge Body.
