The stalker of Kim Kardashian, Jomonie Victor Zigler, landed in prison after violating the restraining order he received in late January 2023.  According to TMZ, who first reported the news, Zigler was arrested on Friday, February 17th.  Law enforcement says Zigler was close to the SKIMs founder’s home after entering the gated community without permission.  He was stopped by Kim’s security team.

Thankfully, the police were called before the 28-year-old stepped onto Kim’s property; otherwise, the situation may have become dangerous.  Zigler is being held in jail currently with a $20,000 bail.  He was booked with a “misdemeanor violation of a protection order.”  He won’t be released unless the bail has been posted.

Kim slapped a temporary restraining order on Zigler in January when the latter claimed he made frequent and nonpermissive visits to her home beginning in December 2022.  Zigler even posted on social media that he refers to Kim as his “wife” and sent her a diamond ring, among other gifts.  If that’s not frightening enough, it turns out he has a criminal record involving firearms and threats.  This month, Zigler was expected to be in court for a hearing on his stalking and to see if the temporary restraining order will be “upgraded” to permanent.

The situation made Kim emotionally distressed and fearful.  At the time of the order filing, the reality star and mother of four expressed her concerns:

I fear what Mr. Zigler would have done if security was not present to deny him entry. I am informed that he refers to me as his “wife” and has made numerous twenty-two references on social media, indicating we are in a romantic relationship. I am further informed that he has posted sexually explicit messages about me on social media. It troubles me that he falsely believes we are in a romantic relationship when in fact, we have never communicated.” (The Blast)

As it turns out, Jomonie Zigler is just one of Kim’s stalkers.  In June 2021, Kim was granted a three-year permanent restraining order against Charles Peter Zelenoff.  According to the KKW Beauty founder, he had been stalking her for years.  Coincidentally, Zigler displayed several of Zelenoff’s stalking behaviors.

Let’s hope that this will be the end of stalking Kim Kardashian, as this behavior is unacceptable and unsafe.
