Kim Kardashian heads to Milan for Dolce and Gabbana

Kim Kardashian jet-setted to Milan, Italy, for the fashion house Dolce and Gabbana over the weekend.  During her holiday, the media personality was repping the brand during Milan Fashion Week.  In case you missed it, Kim is the face of the Dolce and Gabbana Spring 2023 campaign, so it makes absolute sense for her to be in Milan.

Kim stopped at the Dolce and Gabbana Store on Saturday, February 25th, where she was greeted heavily by the press and fans.  For the look, the mom of four opted for a khaki buckle-up jacket and matching miniskirt that showed off her toned stomach and legs and completed the outfit with knee-high pointed-toe boots.

Kim attended the D&G Fashion Show in a sparkling red crystal two-piece ensemble that was altered from an original 1994 D&G gown.  For accessories, she chose Cross pendants and a tiny red handbag.

“I know that my girls [North and Chicago] will try to steal this purse,” Kim shared with Vogue Magazine, where the outlet reported fashion news throughout the weekend.  She also hoped North and Chicago would one day wear her gown to a formal event, such as the prom, in the future.

Of course, there are challenges when it comes to looking gorgeous.  Prior to the fashion show, Kim had a light-hearted battle when going up the stairs.  She had to side-step up because the skirt was tight and had no stretch.  Hairstylist Chris Appleton captured the entire ordeal on Instagram, but Kim didn’t allow the struggle to ruin her fun.  She took it with good humor.

Kim capped the day with two more additional dresses-a red snake print strapless dress for an event and a beige lace-up dress (also in snake print) for the Dolce and Gabbana after party.

Kim Kardashian is recruited for the Dolce and Gabbana Spring/Summer 2023 Campaign

The Italian fashion house recruited Kim Kardashian to be its ambassador for the Spring/Summer 2023 campaign.  The “Kim x Dolce and Gabbana” collection has archived pieces from the 90s and the dawn of the new Millenium, restyled for today.   Kim starred in the campaign video to officially introduce the campaign, which was set in a centuries-old Italian Villa and shot in black and white.

“The last few days has felt like a dream …”  The KUWTK alum shared on Instagram when the collection was made public. “The most magical experience, & the pinnacle to an incredible journey I’ve been on over the last few months with Stefano, Domenico, & the entire @dolcegabbana team.”

Older sister Kourtney Kardashian wore Dolce and Gabbana at her and Travis Barker’s wedding in Portofino, Italy last May.
