Kris Jenner chooses a special Christmas gift on The Kardashians
Kris Jenner knows exactly what to gift her six children for the Christmas holiday. In The Kardashians season 3 finale, the momager goes on a shopping trip to the Small Wonders craft store and is excited about the dollhouses and their miniatures surrounding her.
“I’m so excited to be able to do this for my kids and for them to see the [doll]houses on Christmas morning,” Kris confesses. “But it’s a lot of work, and I only have a couple of weeks left, and I’m like, my own little interior designer.”
Kris carefully selects the pieces she knows each of her children will love and gets the details down to perfection. For Khloé’s house, the Safely founder chose a gray kitty for True, and for Kendall’s, a Doberman Pinscher as they are their beloved animals and a part of the family.
Of course, a few luxury pieces must be included in the homes, such as chandeliers and a “tiny Prada bag.”
Kim’s house replicated her own with beige monotone furniture and plates filled with tiny Christmas cookies.
When the SKIMS founder received her one-of-a-kind dollhouse, she burst into happy tears and told her daughter Noth West the story behind them.
“My mommy and I made this with Auntie Kourtney when I was seven years old with my dad,” Kim says through tears and looking inside the dollhouse. “It means a lot to me. Thank you, Mom.”
Kim has then shown the houses of Kourtney, Khloé, and Rob, which all had unique interiors to match their personalities. In Kourtney’s home, Disney elements are sprinkled throughout, and Rob’s has the University of Southern California merch inside of his.
Why does Kris Jenner love Christmas and dollhouses so much?
The entire Kardashian-Jenner loves Christmas and for a good reason. A home video canvasses a custom holiday house in the finale with the late Robert Kardashian narrating. To hear his voice from long ago is tearjerking, especially when he loved his family.
“There’s the little house that Mommy decorated,” the lawyer said in the video. “What a great house, huh? What do you expect for $1000? It should be great. But, uh, what the hey, huh? Christmas [only] comes once a year.”
Aside from the adorable houses, Kim snuck her cell phone into the annual Kardashian Christmas party. Kourtney held the event at her home, and it was exploding with the holiday spirit. The party is one of the exceptions where filming isn’t allowed, but Kim treated the fans to a real-life sneak peek of the happenings.
