On the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian may have finally settled their feud. For the sisters, it’s a step in the right direction in repairing their relationship and moving past their discomfort. Just how they made up is a sweet tribute to their late dad, Robert Kardashian.
To catch you all up, just in case you’ve missed out on the family dynamic, both Kim and Kourtney were embroiled in a feud that started when the SKIMS founder curated classic Dolce and Gabbana pieces from the 90s/Y2K period for her exclusive Spring 2023 fashion show. Kourtney thought Kim “stole” her Italian wedding styles for the show, as she and her husband, Travis Barker, collaborated with the Italian designers. While Kim tried to be “mindful” of the situation, the Poosh founder was still upset about the ordeal. The two discussed and dished out their feelings, calling a truce between them.
Everything was fine, and the family even braced together to record a Christmas album in Travis’s studio. What’s merrier than family activities during the holidays?
Then, the fuel in the fire between Kim and Kourtney resurrected in the season 4 premiere that aired on September 30th. Both women heard unpleasant things about them during the editing process and were angered by the words, which was further escalated in a heated phone call. Toward the end of the call, Kourtney called Kim a “witch” and “hated” her.
Guess that truce could only last a few hot seconds.
But the oldest Kardashian sister decided to extinguish the flames and reached out to Kim, who was in Milan then for a Dolce and Gabbana show.
“Kourtney messaged me. She sent me this picture of my dad in college,” the mom-of-four says to her glamour team and shows them the text and photo. “So Kourtney texts me, and I feel like this is a step in the right direction of moving past it and moving past all of the drama. I want her here.”
Earlier in the episode, Kim tried to recruit Khloé to join her on her trip as she needed to get out of Calabasas. Khloé declined her offer and would rather be with her children at home.
Kourtney shared her side of putting the fight to rest and re-establishing the bond between her and her younger sister of eighteen months.
“I think we both said things that we are not proud of,” She revealed in her confessional. “But anyone who has sisters or siblings knows the dynamic. You could get into a crazy fight, and you can send a funny text, and everything is all good.”
The Kardashians air new episodes every Thursday on Hulu.
