Kim Kardashian and North West are totally Clueless for Halloween
Kim Kardashian and her daughter North West are going back to 1995 for Halloween! The duo took fashion snaps from Cher and Dionne from the comedy Clueless, and they totally got it!
As we said before, the Kardashians are all about Halloween. The family has come up with some memorable costumes over the years and hosted some creepy and wild parties. Kim has showcased her costumes on social media over the years, much to her fans’ curiosity. When she became a mother in 2013, her children (whom she shares with her ex-husband, Ye) joined in on the holiday dress-up tradition.
One year, Kim, North, and a baby Chicago costumed as the most famous family of the Stone Age, The Flintstones. Kim dressed up as Betty Rubble, donning Betty’s light blue and shell halter dress, black hair, and hair bow, while her daughters went as miniature versions of Wilma and Pebbles Flintstone.

For Halloween this year, Kim and North amped up their fashion knowledge to dress as Clueless girls Cher and Dionne. In case you don’t know Clueless, it’s a 1995 comedy about a Beverly Hills teenager (Alicia Silverstone) who’s like totally into fashion, boys, and setting up her teachers. There’s also plenty of 1990s nostalgia for us who grew up in the era.
Yeah, we mall folk are still missing the store Contempo Casuals.
Kim uploaded her and North’s final ensembles via Instagram on October 30th in a series of fun pictures. In the first one, Kim wears Cher’s trademarked yellow plaid school outfit, complete with white thigh-high socks and a faux fur backpack purse. To get Cher just right, she went blonde.
North, for her part, wore Dionne’s (Stacy Dash) black-and-white blazer and matching miniskirt and topped it with black thigh-high socks and the iconic “Dr. Suess” hat. Her mom even recreated the “As if!” expression that Cher is famous for.
“Clueless,” was the post’s caption. Per Kim’s Instagram Stories, Italian designers Dolce and Gabbana created the costumes.

As Halloween draws to a close, Kim had one more trick up her sleeve. She and Khloé Kardashian, alone with friends Natalie Halcro and Olivia Pierson, dressed up as the Bratz Dolls, creating an updated look on the Y2K-introduced fashion dolls.
