True Thompson and her cousin, Dream Kardashian, whipped up a surprise breakfast for Khloé Kardashian on an active Monday morning. The mother of two was taken with gratitude by the colorful bowls and plates filled with vibrantly hued fruits and sprinkled cookies. It's a great way to refuel after an intense gym session.
These days, Khloé's initiative is incorporating a more balanced diet, so that she can live a healthier lifestyle. She has her cheat days, as many of us do, as we're human, and that's okay. Life is meant to be enjoyed sometimes, usually with food.
Fruit is also my go-to breakfast each morning, as it's not only quick and vegan, but packed with antioxidants and fiber that will keep me full until late afternoon. I usually have my breakfast with water or black coffee, and I'm done.
Mondays got better with Khloé Kardashian
Khloé recorded the sweet breakfast moment on her Instagram Stories on June 23. In the clips, True and Dream match in pink as they sit on one of the several treadmills in the home gym. Besides them is a tray topped with bowls of fruit. An unimpressed Baby Kitty slinks by them in the background.
"So, the girls made me breakfast [this morning]," Khloé says in the clip. Explain it to me ladies."
True and Dream gestured over the morning meal, which consisted of a large fruit bowl brimming with pomegranate seeds, orange curls, pineapple chunks, green grapes, blueberries, and red Concord grapes. The nutritious delicacies sit on a bed of creamy white Greek yogurt. A smaller fruit bowl accompanies it, and for a sweet treat, rainbow-sprinkled cookies. The tray finishes with a banana bowl and a Care Bears water bottle filled with iced tea.
For a decorative touch, a pastel rainbow napkin is added.
As you can guess by now, the theme is rainbow, which always adds an energizing burst in our day.
In the second clip, three bags of Khloud Popcorn are presented with the girls confirming that they'll be doing a challenge with the savory snack. They then asked the Good American founder what was her favorite.
"I love this big rainbow bowl. It's beautiful, but I also love the cookies," she replies. "You guys, I love this. Thank you so much,"

The second clip concluded with the girls shouting "Happy birthday!" but Khloê corrected them by saying it's not her birthday and instead saying "Happy Monday."
But, True and Dream aren't wrong, as Khloé does have her 41st birthday this Friday, June 27. While her celebratory plans haven't been disclosed, we can bet that she'll have another fabulous year ahead.
