Khloé Kardashian is still on Cloud 9 as she is remembering the joyous Care Bears early birthday her children, True and Tatum Thompson, threw just for her! It was the ultimate surprise and although the kids had some help from the planning team, the effort was worth it!
The mother of two wasn't in Hidden Hills on June 27, her actual birthday, as she was in Venice with Kim, Kendall, Kylie, and Kris, for the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez. Despite being in Europe, her 41st was met with celebration. Kim ensured that her younger sister had her moment with a dedication post.
But nothing is more meaningful than spending your birthday with your family and close circle of friends. The Care Bears party resonated everything the franchise stood for- kindness, love, and last but not least, caring. Understandably, being a 1980s child, Khloé would love the Care Bears, as do her children. As an 1980s kid myself, the Care Bears and their just as colorful cousins were the pinnacle of my growth. Sure, I would be freaked out now if I were to encounter one (in costume), but nonetheless, thet hold lots of good and tender memories.
Khloé Kardashian feels the love at her Care Bears party
Dressed in a pink and white Cheer Bear graphic with the number 82- the year that the Care Bears debuted, Khloé enjoyed the close-knit event. Among the guests were Malika and her twin sister, Khadijah Haqq, Olivia Pierson, Natalie Halcro, Yris Palmer, and of course, Kim, Kourtney and Kris.
In a previous Instagram post highlighting the party, Khloé gave up-close look of the rainbow-frosted treats and the fun activities everyone took part in. There was even a surprise visit by Cheer and Share Bear, bringing a little joy to everyone. And we need that in this world right now because there's more to life than just trying to survive and get by day-by-day.
On July 22, Khloé shared a new set of unreleased photos, including a cute sister snap with Kim and Kourtney with Cheer and Share. We can't help but notice that the oldest sister is wearing her signature knee-high moto boots in the heat. But, hey, it's her style, and I happen to share a similar one, so more power to her.
Then, the most special one of all was the one where the Khloud Foods founder is blowig out her candles on her bright Care Bear cake. The bears happen to be sliding down the rainbow, and if you ever watch the 1980s cartoons, you'll know what's going on with that. They're joined by equally bright roses in neon colors, which surround the top and bottom of the cake.
"My favorite kind of party with all of my favorite people. Thank you Care Bears," Khloé writes for the caption.
And she's absolutely correct in that statement!
