Kim Kardashian becomes a snow bunny in a preview for SKKN Holiday drop

Although it's warm in Southern California in the winter, It's not stopping Kim Kardashian from getting into the wintry mood. As we all know, the holiday season is here, and the reality star is dropping a collection, SKKN Holiday, from her skincare and beauty company, SKKN.

In January of this year, Kim brought back makeup through SKKN with nude and neutral tones inspired by the founder's beauty regiment. The launch included lip liners, lipsticks, a shadow palette, and a highlighter. Back when Kim Kardashian still had KKW Beauty, she incorporated more vibrant colors into the palettes, such as blues, purples, and even one of my favorite shades, Camo Green.

I would love to see the founder reintroduce these hues into future product releases, offering more choices to the consumers. When applied correctly, Camo can be neutral and is the "BFF" to brown and hazel eye colors. When blended with gold or bronze, the results are breathtaking.

But until then, let's see what Kim and SKKN has in store for the holidays.

Kim Kardashian and SKKN to release the SKKN Holiday Collection

To get ready for the November 15th launch, Kim and SKKN previewed the collection on Instagram. As the holidays in the Northern Hemisphere are in winter, Kim wanted to channel that by wearing a faux fur white and pink hooded parka for the ad. It's giving major "snow bunny" vibes, as she loves to ski, so bringing that element into the campaign felt natural.

The second slide featured Kim applying the lip shimmer in Nude 03, and also, in the clip, she has her two Pomeranians joining in. The remaining snaps reveal close-ups of the SKKN Holiday Collection, which includes ten lip shimmers, a set of mini lip pencils, and a 12-shade eyeshadow palette in matte, metallic, and shimmer formulas in warm and neutral shades

SKIMS releases their holiday ad with Goldie Hawn

Aside from SKKN getting into the holiday season, Kim's shapewear company, SKIMS, is also in the spirit. Last week, SKIMS released a video campaign of Goldie Hawn and her large family celebrating Christmas in SKIMS pajamas. Delicious Jello molds, smiles, laughter, and a cheerful atmosphere set the mood right. And using fake lobsters, like real ones, would be cruel.

And while Kurt Russell, Goldie's partner of more forty years isn't in the ad, it still has a fun, close-knit element to it. Would've been better with Kurt, but it is what it is.

More Goldie Hawn pictorial campaigns were released, all with the Hawn-Hudson family wearing the holiday collection pieces while basking in the warm and energetic feels.

Then, there's Canadian singer Tate McRae, in what I like to call the SKIMS "Coca-Cola" Christmas Campaign. She poses with a model polar bear while wearing a red lace one-piece. If you gave her a bottle of the famed cola, it would be a Coca-Cola ad.
