There once was a time when Kim Kardashian had a somewhat modest closet. Before her career took off, Kim resided with her family in the classic Keeping Up With The Kardashians seasons 1-4 Hidden Homes house. You might remember when the SKIMS founder did a tour on an episode of MTV Cribs and showed off her 'small' walk-in closet that was crowded with shoes, early designer pieces, and Louis Vuitton travel gear.

The closet situation has been upgraded these days, as Kim has since moved out of that humble estate and into her much bigger place. She no longer has stuff crammed and smashed together, as the room is spacious. She could fit a hundred or so of her first closet inside, and there would still be leftover room.

On a rare occasion, Kim gave an unofficial tour of her closet in her current house, the one she shared with her ex-husband, Kanye West, and where her four children live. The immaculate mansion was purchased for $20 million in 2014 and was bought by Kim as part of the divorce settlement in 2023. As she revealed during the sixth season of The Kardashians, it's currently undergoing renovations to expand the space, including a room for a potential new man in her life.

In the Instagram post Kim uploaded on June 7, the reality star tries on ample clothing, complete with a toned figure, and ceiling-to-floor mirrors. In one of the snaps, her collection of shoes and designer handbags is displayed behind glass doors to protect them against everyday elements like dust or oxygen.

Many of the pieces she models in are from her SKIMS line, including the gray sheer dress that is perfect for the warm summer days ahead.

Kim then goes for a more glamorous look in a high-necked, long-sleeved gold dress with a sheer bodice as she takes a mirror selfie. The aesthetic is very much like the 1970s, but given how fashion is continuously rotating, the gown can be worn today for a special occasion or red carpet event.

"Love finding closet pics in my phone,' she writes for her caption.

Just like her house, Kim's closet is in a neutral color palette scheme, and while it does look good and serve its organized function, the colorful chaos of her first one had more 'character,' as it reflects a woman starting and finding herself.

Kim's success isn't measured in clothes or designers, but a strong work ethic and a nonstop attitude to achieve everything she desires.
