Kim Kardashian is ready for Christmas! See her gigantic lit-up tree!

Kim Kardashian is in the full-on Christmas mood a month before the winter holiday. She and her family love everything about it and throw their annual extravagant Christmas Eve party, a tradition that began with the late Robert Kardashian in the late 1970s. The women and children of the family dressed in their best and participated in the party's festivities. While the gala is usually hosted at Kourtney's home, Kim took over as the hostess in 2023, as Kourtney was one month postpartum following the birth of Rocky Barker.

For her decor, she made it snow in Southern California, where temperatures are milder in December. Additionally, Kim transformed her backyard into a Winter Wonderland with trees covered in glittering snow. Coca-Cola supplied the drinks and custom bottles for the occasion. There was a bevy of sumptuous desserts, including gingerbread houses and cookies.

Kim wore a vintage Mugler gown in ice blue and fur trim to go along with the Winter Wonderland theme. The dress's hue highlighted her darker skin tone and eyes, and she set it off with diamond jewelry. Both of her daughters wore similar outfits, making the family affair more personal

A near-year later, Kim is more than ready to bring in Christmas and so, she gave her 360+ million followers a glimpse of her holiday prep on Instagram. It's simple, but at the same time, it resonates luxury and warmth. And the season is all about the latter, as we want to express to those we love and get out from the cold.

Kim Kardashian lights up her home with her Christmas tree

On Monday, November 25th, Kim Kardashian shared a video of her tall Christmas tree standing in the entry hallway. The artificial fir tree shimmers with white lights and flocks with faux snow to the instrumental melody of "Twinkling Lights" by Auni.

It's a showstopper, and with this tiny, but significant reveal, the rest of Kim's decorations will be just as spectacular. One does have to match or complement the center point.

Over the years, Kim has chosen white for her holiday aesthetics. It reflects minimalism and quiet luxury with a breath of order. However, in 2014, when she was married to Kanye West, the reality star incorporated red with gold in her tree. The giant ten-footer had the same twinkling lights, but Kim hung red ball ornaments to compliment the lights' golden hue.
