Move over, Kris Jenner, as you're not the only one in the famous family in November. Kourtney Kardashian is celebrating the love of her life, Travis Barker's 50th birthday, and she's doing so in a sweet, sentimental way! But when hasn't the Poosh founder ever stopped loving her husband of three-and-a-half years?
On Instagram on November 14, Kourtney wasted no time showing her affection for Travis, uploading a couple of photos from the party she hosted. The Blink-182 rocker, who shares 2-year-old Rocky Thirteen Barker with Kourtney, looked handsome in a dark blue silk button-up shirt as he sat in front of his star-shaped birthday cake lit with slender candles. His smile tells us that he feels the love surrounding him, and his wife is right there basking in it, too.
Kourtney is in her usual all-black, which is fabulous by the way, and her hair is styled in bangs and straight locks. She looks radiant and euphoric, and it's a great mood to have.
In the second photo, Travis holds up a pair of Rocky's shoes as he embraces and kisses a smiling Kourtney. Their love for one another certainly hasn't died.
"Wow. . .Happy 50th birthday to my handsome husband!!!" the Lemme founder started her caption with. "Grateful, generous, real, raw, dedicated, devoted, family man, talented, survivor, everything. Just some of the words used to describe you by those who know you best! The leader of our family. My home. You inspire me every single day to be a better person. It is an honor to be your wife, and the greatest joy to live life by your side. I am so happy to celebrate you today, baby! I love you beyond any words could ever tell."
Kourtney Kardashian admits that she has always been attracted to Travis Barker
During The Kardashians season 7 (now on Hulu), Kourtney confessed that she was always attracted to her husband. She also revealed that she didn't see the full-on scope of his talent until they were dating and in love. In fact, it was Travis who had been inviting her to see him perform live before then, but Kortney turned him down.
"[I was] definitely [attracted to Travis]. But also, it was more like an energy thing," the mom of four said per her confessional. "I had never seen his talent until we were already in love. I knew he was talented, but I wasn't his number one fan, and looking up his [Blink-182] videos."
We're positive that Kourtney definitely checked out the band's 1999 "All the Small Things" video for inspiration for her pregnancy reveal at Travis's Californian show in 2023. She was already five months along before she made her public announcement that she and her hubby were expecting.
