Kourtney Kardashian is taking a moment or two for herself to squeeze in some me time while staying at an Airbnb resort in the Bahamas. During her time, she practiced mindful yoga and picturesque sunsets. The media personality and mother of four spent her 46th birthday in the tropical islands back in April, but she has jet-setted to them for other occasions.
While we don’t know if her yoga vibe was from her birthday getaway, Kourtney and her husband, Travis Barker, celebrated their third wedding anniversary, so it's probable that the couple, who share 18-month-old Rocky Barker, revisited the Bahamas for the personal milestone. If they did, then the trip made a great gift.
Of course, Kourtney shared her adventures via Instagram with nearly 220 million followers on May 16, and breathtaking snaps are embedded in the Carousel. The Poosh founder was on point with the aesthetic landscape and its coloring. She even included a natural portrait of herself while boating and appropriately wearing a white bikini and designer sunglasses.
"Rest, relaxation, and sunset yoga," Kourtney writes in the caption, adding trail of themed emojis. "Thank you Airbnb for treating us to this Airbnb service."
Kourtney's mindset is to keep herself healthy by eating the right foods and cutting out the toxic people in her life. To help her channel the positivity, yoga is one of her go-to pastimes and also keeps her body in key physical shape. Yet, the Lemme founder is in no rush to achieve the "perfect" body after Rocky's birth.

The Bahamas vacation set came after uploading a Carousel of her and Travis at their courthouse nuptials in Santa Barbara. Before heading out to Potafino, Italy, for a larger and more extravagant wedding, Kourtney and Travis declared "I do" on May 15, 2022, before the county judge. She reflected every inch of the blushing bride in her white mini Dolce and Gabbana wedding dress, sheer veil, and fingerless gloves. She played it low with the accessories by pinning a Virgin Mary Heart on her dress's bodice and a gold Cross pendant honoring her Christian values.
As for the caption, Kourtney kept it simple, short, and sweet.

This year marks the third anniversary for Kourtney and Travis, and the couple is more in love and into each other than ever. She and the Blink-182 drummer are set to have many more anniversaries, milestones, and vacations in their lifetime, for they're just getting started.
