Kourtney Kardashian shares adorable childhood throwback to celebrate Poosh's anniversary

Kourtney Kardashian's lifestyle and wellbeing blog and company, Poosh, is celebrating its fifth anniversary. What began as a "passion project" in 2019 and was named after Kourtney's only daughter, Penelope's nickname, became an overnight success. Kourtney is marking its fifth anniversary with a special childhood memory.

On Tuesday, the day of Poosh's "birthday," Kourtney took to Instagram Stories and uploaded a photo of a tiny five-year-old version of herself. In the sun-faded snap from 1984, she's celebrating her own 5th birthday. Dressed in a violet floral-printed white dress, matching crown, and holding a Cabbage Patch Kids doll, she epitomizes a princess, ready to take on the world and its wonders.

Poosh then reposted the photo in a post in case anyone missed out on the cuteness. For me personally, the snap brought back those 80s memories, a time when life was simpler and innocent.

"[We've] been Pooshing boundaries for 5 YEARS!" the caption reads. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!"

Since its initiation, Poosh has focused on serving healthy recipes, maternity tips, sexual health information, and much more. This year, Poosh is headed back to camp on April 13th in Palm Springs. Since five is a pretty big thing, the event is expected to be filled with fun anniversary-themed activities. There'll also be tons of refreshments like low-sugar candy and snacks, plus music to rock out to.

Kourtney Kardashian revisits her 'blonde era"

As it turns out, dropping her childhood photo wasn't enough for Kourtney. She also shared a carousel from her "blonde era" last year. A month before her 44th birthday in April, Kourtney went for a different look by dying her natural black hair to the much lighter hue of platinum blond.

In the first snap, she takes a mirror selfie in a black patent leather outfit and matching knee-high boots. It was then followed by Kourtney wearing a mint green robe and vintage white heels from when she did her Lemme Sea drops campaign.

Kourtney was in her first trimester with her son Rocky at the time and was most likely celebrating the news by doing something bold and different. However, her blonde era lasted for a few months, as her dark locks were back when she announced her pregnancy at a June Blink-182 show.

Or, who knows? Maybe Kourtney is contemplating going light again, as she had so much fun with it. Either way, looking back into the past can be explorative, as it can lead us to our lives now and see how far we came..
