Mason Disick officially enters his Instagram Era

Mason Disick is soon to be an Instagram Influencer, much like the rest of his famous family members. The fourteen-year-old, who's the "first baby" of Kourtney Kardashian and her ex, Scott Disick, joined the social platform on May 25th. Already, Mason uploaded three posts of his family, friends, and selfies from a cabin outdoor adventure and has acquired over 300K followers (as of this writing).

Kids grow up so fast!

Mason's aunts, Kim and Khloé, were the first to comment on their nephew's IG joining the platform. Their comments have since been deleted, but they were captured by fans and the media.

Khloé, who Mason affectionately calls her his "Aunt Koko" responded with, "I can't believe this is happening." Earlier, she said in her IG Stories, "I cant believe that my @masondisick is on Insta. The one who named us [my sister Kim] Kiki and Koko is a legit teenager."

For her part, Kim commented with, "You're really on Instagram."

But Mason's mother, Kourtney, wrote the most emotional message of all on her IG Stories on Sunday morning.

"My first baby is on Insta and I'm not ok. @masondisick."

Prior to his Instagram introduction, Mason wasn't permitted to have any social media profiles, and those that he opened up were immediately "shut down" by Kourtney. It's highly probable that the teen's IG will be supervised by his parents and modified, as he's still a minor, and extensive online usage can lead to mental stress and personality changes.

Will Mason Disick appear on The Kardashians?

Mason walked away from the cameras during the later seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashians because he wanted to value his privacy and have a normal life. The family was supportive of his decision.

Now that Mason shares life tidbits online, does that mean he'll return to TV? Although we haven't seen the eldest Kardashian Kid on the #1 Hulu series, The Kardashians, I'd like to say anything's possible. His younger sister, Penelope, and younger brother, Reign, had made multiple appearances during the five seasons.

Mason rarely "pops up" every now and then in his family's photos, but other than that until his IG debut, he remained behind the limelight.

But one thing for sure though is that dad Scott raves about his son.

"[Mason's] great. He's been really unbelievable," Scott beams in the season 5 premiere of The Kardashians on May 23rd. "We're closer than ever."
