Kourtney Kardashian had a strict word regarding her mom's snack choices for her little ones in The Kardashians season 6 episode 8, "She Is So Elle Woods," aired on March 27th on Hulu. The moment was brief but essential, as the Lemme founder is specific when it comes to her kids' health.
During the Underwood Farms adventure, where Kris treated ten of her thirteen grandchildren for a day outdoors. The kids had a great time with many of the location's activities. For Kourtney's youngest, Rocky Barker, he enjoyed watching the goats and the pumpkins. It was a wonderful bonding moment for the family.
That is, until Kourtney noticed the treats, forming a tiny cloud over their sunny day.
What Kourtney Kardashian said to Kris Jenner on The Kardashians

Kourtney lives a healthy life as much as humanly possible, and the same applies to her four children- Mason, Penelope, Reign Disick, and Rocky. The reality star is cautious of what goes on her plate and goes by a 95% vegan lifestyle. Kourtney eliminated dairy, gluten, bad fats, processed foods, and sugar from her clean diet, so of course, she'll have something to say about her mom's snack choices. The momager packed lollipops and Gatorade, which are loaded with sugar and food dyes.
"I can't believe that's the snacks you guys have," Kourtney points out to Kris in the episode after seeing Kim's son Saint dip his lollipop into the Gatorade.
Kris quickly defends herself with, "I didn't pick them!"
"I gave specifics, and I said, 'No food coloring, which is Gatorade. I gave specific popsicles," explained Kourtney.
Kris agrees with her daughter about the drink. "Who buys Gatorade? It's like eating poison."
Gatorade contains twenty-one grams of added sugars and 40 Red in a 12-oz bottle, which isn't the best choice for electrolyte recovery or quenching thirst. A better alternative would be mixing a 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of raw sugar into a 12-oz glass of cold water.
To settle the discussion between her mother and grandmother, Penelope piped in with,
"Mom, it's fine. [Saint's] had it."
Kourtney sighed in defeat, as she knows there's nothing about the snack situation at the farm unless she purchases a few healthier options. Farms could offer fresh fruits like apples, watermelons, oranges, and air-fried or baked vegetable chips for the savory pick.
Having an unhealthy choice once in a while won't hurt, but Kourtney isn't going to allow it become a habit.
The Kardashians air new episodes on Thursdays on Hulu.
