Rapper Kanye West loves his hometown of Chicago and he is always making references to it in his music. With the NBA Playoffs in full swing, he is closely following the Chicago Bulls as they face off against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round.
West was even on hand for Game 4 on Sunday (May 10), and grabbed the microphone and addressed the crowd from the middle of the court.

He even performed during breaks in play.
