  • Kylie Jenner went all out to help one of her best friends celebrate a birthday recently. That wasn’t an issue until photos of a birthday cake for her pal Jordyn Woods were made public. The cake in the picture upset many people because the message read, “Happy Birthday N****.”

Kylie threw a huge bash for her bestie and even gifted Jordyn Woods with a brand new Mercedes Benz. What she didn’t do though, was buy Woods a birthday cake emblazoned with the N-word. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took to Twitter on Thursday to defend herself after critics started bashing Kylie for presenting her friend with the offensive cake.

Jenner did buy a cake for Jordyn’s birthday party but not the one she is taking all the heat about. Apparently Jordyn received another cake from someone else. Jordyn Woods posted a photo of the offensive N-word birthday cake to her Instagram account on Wednesday, starting the flame war against Kylie Jenner.

Of course a lot of people were upset at the thought that Kylie would have the N-word written on a birthday cake for her friends. Jenner has been accused of appropriating Black culture previously by Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg. Amandla claimed that Kylie shouldn’t be wearing her hair in cornrows after the reality TV star posted a photo on Instagram of herself wearing the style. New accusations about the offensive birthday cake just added fuel to that fire.

In any case, Kylie Jenner posted a picture of the cake she purchased and it wasn’t the offensive one. Unless Jordyn Woods speaks up about the cake, we won’t ever know who gave it to her or if it was just a picture she posted. Aside from the bad choice in birthday message, the cake looks delicious.
