Kris Jenner breaks silence, asks for prayers for Lamar Odom
When news of Lamar Odom’s medical emergency came out, Kris Jenner was already on a plane headed for the Las Vegas hospital where he was being treated. Kris has been on hand with Khloe, Kourtney and Kim since Monday night but has now headed home to help Kim with an upcoming doctor appointment. That didn’t stop the famous momager from taking a time out to speak on her son-in-law.
Kris Jenner took to Instagram and finally broke her silence about Lamar Odom. Jenner posted a picture of Lamar suited up in his Los Angeles Lakers uniform to her Instagram page. In the caption, Kris wrote, “Please pray for Lamar 🙏 #ourfighter.”

Lamar Odom has been fighting for his life since the manager of the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada found the star unconscious. Paramedics were called and Odom was rushed out of the brothel to receive medical treatment.
Fans and friends of Lamar Odom fear that he might not have received medical attention in time. An emergency response team tried to airlift Lamar to a Las Vegas hospital but couldn’t fit the former basketball player’s 6-foot-10-inch frame into the available helicopter. Lamar had to be transported by ambulance to the facility instead.
According to the most recent reports, Lamar Odom has a 50/50 chance of surviving now but faces many medical challenges. Even if Odom pulls through, it is feared that he has sustained brain damage but it is still unknown just how severe his injuries are.
Initial reports said that Lamar may have suffered after taking multiple doses of an herbal Viagra-like supplement. It was revealed later that Odom had also taken a cocktail of illegal substances that possibly include cocaine and crack cocaine.
Despite Khloe Kardashian’s pending divorce from Lamar, it didn’t take long for the entire Kardashian/Jenner clan to pack up and head for the Las Vegas hospital where Odom was being treated. The family has stood strong for Lamar and are asking everyone to pray for his recovery.
At this time, Khloe is still by Lamar’s side and will remain there throughout this ordeal. It has even been reported that Khloe is sleeping next to her estranged husband on the hospital floor. Kris has vowed that she will be back as the rest of the family headed back to California temporarily.
