Kourtney Kardashian is the fittest sister in the bunch. She is always seen eating healthy or working out while the show is filming. Her fitness mindset often crosses over into her life and her sisters tease her about the choices she is making. On an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians a few seasons ago, Scott Disick and Kylie Jenner pranked Kourtney by changing out all of the food in her refrigerator. It was a prank gone wrong as Kardashian does not play around when it comes to her health.
While it would be a mistake to call a lifestyle change a diet, Kourtney Kardashian is definitely strict with what she allows in her body. On a daily basis, she avoids gluten, sugar, dairy, and red meat. This is something she has been doing for years now and when she wants to kick it up a notch, she goes all in. Kardashian wants to keep her body in Ketosis and in order to maintain that, there are some other rules she has to follow. On top of the things she never eats, she also goes all out when it comes to following the diet to keep her body healthy. The rules aren’t hard to follow, but they are more strict than one would think. According to People, Kourtney Kardashian will eat three low-carb meals a day. This may seem pretty easy to some but when she says low-carb, it means no beans or grains. Meals are bland and simple and then, she fasts for 24 hours to kickstart the detox.
During her explanation of her detox and diet plan, Kourtney Kardashian does advise fans to seek the opinion of a doctor before delving into something has hardcore as this. What works for the reality star may not work for everyone and it is always best to be safe when trying to get healthy.
