It looks like heads are going to roll behind the scenes on Keeping Up With The Kardashians if Kim Kardashian finds out who keeps confirming things to the press. 

Kim Kardashian is the only member of the Kardashian-Jenner family who has been speaking out at all since learning that two of her sisters may be pregnant along with her own surrogate. So far, nothing has been confirmed and Kim is taking aim at KUWTK employees who have been running their mouths.

In recent days, both People and TMZ have run stories claiming that “a reliable source” confirmed both Khloe and Kylie’s pregnancies. Both sites have continued to run stories about the subject with confidence, causing many to believe the stories are true.

And that’s the thing, Kim Kardashian isn’t denying the pregnancy reports either. That makes us inclined to believe them too.

However, Kim is obviously very upset with whoever has been spreading the news about the famous family. It’s no secret that Kris Jenner keeps a stack of NDAs in the entryway of her house and makes anyone who steps inside sign one. Clearly, the reliable sources that have been blabbing about the exciting KUWTK baby news signed one too, right?

Kim already took to Twitter to unload about the fake news that she cried when she found out that Kylie was pregnant. She also took aim at the report about Caitlyn Jenner confirming.

Today Kim Kardashian took to Facebook and wrote:

"“Let me just say this… People who supposedly work with us “confirming” details they know nothing about! Especially when we havent even communicated with them SMH.”"
