This is Us predicted Kardashian baby boom months before pregnancies were announced

Last night, the Kardashian baby boom was predicted by the popular NBC show This Is Us.  

The news of the slew of Kardashian-Jenner pregnancies has been dominating headlines for the last several days. Initially, it was just Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expecting a child. That was the biggest news, but that all changed last week.

Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy was announced last week, but not confirmed. Last Friday, things went crazy as TMZ dropped the bombshell. Then yesterday, it was announced that Khloe Kardashian is also pregnant. While none of the pregnancies have actually been confirmed by the mothers or family members, fans are leaning toward believing everything is true.

This is Us returned last night after a stellar season 1. The show was heavily promoted and it is in the same NBC Universal family as E!. During the season 2 premiere, Justin Hartley’s character, Kevin Pearson, mentioned the Kardashian baby boom. The timing could not have been more perfect. Fans everywhere tweeted about the moment and the irony of the situation.

The scripts are written in advance and the filming is done ahead of time as well. The storyline was about Kevin’s girlfriend not making it to LA for his birthday. She joked with him about the Kardashians and that is when he went off on a tangent about the baby boom. Although those weren’t his exact words, the parallel was just crazy.
