Kris Jenner’s fake KUWTK house up for sale
The home that Kris Jenner used to pretend was hers on Keeping Up With The Kardashians is for sale, marking the end of an era.
Did you know that Kris Jenner’s old house on Keeping Up With The Kardashians wasn’t actually her house? The KUWTK momager used to use it during filming but she didn’t actually live there. It’s not even located in Calabasas, where the majority of the Kardashian-Jenner clan lives.
Kris Jenner’s old KUWTK house is actually called Iredell Estate. It’s located at the Fryman Canyon Estates in Studio City, California. People reports that the home was listed for sale by Brandon Assanti of Rodea Realty Beverly Hills. If you want to purchase this piece of KUWTK memorabilia, it’ll set you back quite a few bucks. It was listed for sale for a whopping $7.8 million.
Before you head on out to Studio City to buy the old KUWTK house, there are a few things you might want to know first. The most important thing to know is that only the outside of the house was used for KUWTK filming. The inside won’t look familiar at all because that’s not the same place.

That doesn’t mean that the home will disappoint. The house boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and some pretty impressive Italian craftsmanship. To make the lot even more appealing, it sits on almost a full acre of privacy behind a large gated entrance.
Even though the Kardashians never actually lived in the house, it’s still luxurious enough that no one has to know it. With huge chandeliers, a wine cellar, walk-in closets, polished wood floors and more, maybe Kris Jenner should have lived in the home.
This was just one of a few homes whose exteriors were featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians over the years. The reasoning behind it wasn’t to trick fans or to make it look like they lived better than they did.

Instead, Kim Kardashian once explained that the different exteriors were used in order to keep the KUWTK family safe. Prior to showing houses that weren’t really theirs on the show, Kim had an issue with fans ringing her gate bell and hopping her fence.
