Kendall Jenner just bought Charlie Sheen’s Beverly Hills mansion for $8.55 million
While most of the KUWTK family lives in Calabasas, Kendall Jenner has purchased a new Beverly Hills mansion.
Kendall Jenner has proved time and again that she is her own person. The latest move (literally) is into her own Beverly Hills mansion. The KUWTK star reportedly just bought the Charlie Sheen’s old home for $8.55 million.
Considering the recent burglary issues that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have had with the cars parked in their driveway at their Bel Air house, Kendall should consider getting a gate or maybe just some extra security. TMZ reported that Kendall Jenner’s new digs are the same exact place where Charlie Sheen’s car was stolen from the driveway before the thief drove it over a cliff.

As long as Kendall keeps a close eye on her cars, this should be a great place for the busy model to call home. It’s got to be better than the West Hollywood home she unloaded over the summer. Jenner was having trouble with security there and reported that someone broke in and stole a whole bunch of jewelry while she was away.
Keep in mind that Charlie Sheen isn’t the most recent owner of Kendall Jenner’s new home. He sold the Beverly Hills mansion last year for $5.4 million. It looks like whoever bought the gorgeous home in between them managed to make quite a bit of money in just a year’s time.
Kendall bought quite a bit of home for just herself. Is it possible that she’s considering settling down and starting her family too?
The Beverly Hills mansion is 6,625 square feet according to Trulia. It boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also features a gorgeous outdoor pool, a tennis court, and a movie theater.
Considering Kendall’s current situation with Blake Griffin, maybe she’ll consider turning that tennis court into a basketball court instead. It’s no secret that the two are still seeing each other.
