KUWTK pregnancy leak: Is there more to the firing of Stephanie Shepherd?

Kim Kardashian recently fired her personal assistant Stephanie Shepherd and some KUWTK fans are wondering if this is the reason why. 

Stephanie Shepherd worked as a personal assistant to Kim Kardashian for four years. Kim started complaining about her relationship becoming “unprofessional” on the October 27 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, forshadowing the exit of the popular celebrity employee. It was only two weeks later that we learned that Kim and Stephanie had gone separate ways. Now, we can’t help but wonder if the real reason for Stephanie’s exit was related to those pesky KUWTK pregnancy rumors that so many outlets have been reporting as hard facts. 

Several different stories about why Kim Kardashian decided to move on from Stephanie Shepherd have surfaced over the past few days. The most respectful of them all claims that Kim had simply outgrown her and needed someone capable of pulling off a few things that Stephanie just wasn’t ready for. Others claim that Kim and Stephanie aren’t talking anymore and that things got tense after the professional break up.

There’s another theory that has my attention. Consider it extreme speculation and rumor since Kim will likely never confirm. As for Stephanie, you can bet that she signed an NDA so tight that the Kardashians would take her first-born if she talked about them now.

And speaking of NDAs… It’s no secret that Kris Jenner has a love affair with the legal document. It has even been said that she keeps a stack of them in the entryway to her home and has guests sign them on their way in.

There is a 100 percent chance that Stephanie Shepherd has signed one. Did she breach it, though? That’s a burning question that we have related to the news that Kim and her longtime assistant are no longer working together.

It’s not like Stephanie hasn’t shared Kim Kardashian’s dirty laundry in the past…literally. Page Six reminded us of that interview that Stephanie Shepherd did after Kim was robbed in Paris where she admitted that she does Kim’s laundry. She has also revealed a few things about Kanye in the past and knowing how private he can be, that likely didn’t go over well.

As far as whether or not Stephanie is the source of the KUWTK pregnancy news, wouldn’t that make sense? The timing of Stephanie’s dismissal amid all this KUWTK speculation and drama is either a crazy coincidence or it’s not.

Of course, there is also the chance that another employee within the KarJenner circle is sharing secrets with the press. There are plenty of stylists, assistants, and makeup artists between them and that’s probably not even half of their staff.

Remember a few years back when Kim Kardashian thought that Jonathan Cheban was leaking stories about the KUWTK stars? His history of loose lips, or at least of Kim thinking he had loose lips had many thinking that he may be the source. However, Kim later said she knew it wasn’t Jonathan and the family is still very close to him to this day.

Keep in mind that a few outlets reported on Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s pregnancies like they were a fact despite neither of the KUWTK stars ever officially confirming the news. Actually, both are actively not confirming or denying the news, leaving fans to speculate and wonder about Kris Jenner’s potential new grandkids.

So why are People and TMZ so sure that both Kylie and Khloe are pregnant? They have a really good inside source. Not only that, but their source is clearly a Kardashian employee, Kim even said so herself.

On September 27, Kim Kardashian was obviously flustered when she took to Facebook in a rant about all of the pregnancy rumors that had been leaked so recently. Is it possible that Kim knew exactly which employee she was talking about when she wrote that? Or was she still trying to figure it out?

There were reports that Kim Kardashian and Stephanie Shepherd were still getting along even after going separate ways. One of the examples used was Kim Kardashian’s birthday dinner. Stephanie was there that night and also for Kendall Jenner’s birthday party in November. Both of those events would have happened right around the time of her firing.

This means that she may or may not have still been employed back then. We’ve only recently learned that Stephanie is no longer working for Kim.
