Blac Chyna gets sued for posting her own family photo
Blac Chyna may have to pay for using a picture of her own family that she didn’t own the rights to.
Is Blac Chyna getting hit with a bit of karma? Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiance was recently hit with a lawsuit of her own and the funny thing is, the person suing isn’t a Kardashian. It turns out that a photographer is hitting Chyna up for some money because a photo agency claims that she posted a picture that wasn’t hers to share.
Could this be a bit of Kardashian revenge? After all, agency photos are posted by celebs all the time and we don’t hear about them getting sued for it. If anything, it seems that their approval of a photo might even help them. It is free publicity and a lot of these celebrities are more well known than they are.
That hasn’t stopped Fame Flynet from taking action. One of their photographers took a picture of Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian, and King Cairo back in December 2016.
Chyna doesn’t even have that picture posted anymore on social media anymore. It’s pretty likely that she took it down during one of her many fights with Rob. However, almost a full year after the picture was taken and posted, Fame Flynet wants Blac Chyna to pay up.

As for how much the photo agency feels that the picture is worth, they want Chyna to pay everything that she earned from it according to TMZ. Considering that it was just a family photo and she wasn’t endorsing anything, it’s fair to say that she wasn’t exactly cut a check for posting so how will they determine how much the photo is worth.
Blac Chyna isn’t pulling in nearly as much as the Kardashians for Instagram product placement but she’s still making a pretty decent living. According to Jezebel in January 2016, Blac Chyna was making a minimum of $2,000 to post a picture with a product on social media. That’s also the same time she started dating Rob Kardashian so it’s safe to say that her rates went up over that year.
As a matter of fact, in her revenge porn lawsuit against Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna argued that she lost product endorsements and a lot of money when he posted nude photos of her and revealed to the world that she had extensive cosmetic surgery. That’s why she claims to need several million dollars from Rob.
