As reported by fashion and beauty site WWD, Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty is currently on track to beat out the revenues of both Kylie Cosmetics and KKW Beauty- despite having only just launched in September 2017!
Since its debut last fall, Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty line – which is sold exclusively through Sephora – has raced past the sales of Kat Von D’s cosmetics line and is on pace to finish ahead of the Kylie and Kym’s respective cosmetics companies this year.

While the global popularity of Rihanna is likely one of the many reasons for the brand’s success, it has been found that the line’s products have won over customers who spend the most on beauty products annually. As WWD notes, Fenty Beauty customers have been found to spend an average of $471 per year on makeup which is 69% more than the average KKW Beauty customers spend (a reported $278 annually) and a staggering 160% more than the $181 average spent by Kylie Cosmetics shoppers.

While Kim and Kylie have each been a bit preoccupied in recent months with Kim welcoming her third child and Kylie rumored to be expecting her first, the Kardashians have never been ones to go down without a fight.
With many more months in the year ahead, there is still plenty of time for Kim and Kylie to drum up sales via the launch of new products and campaigns. No matter what the year holds, though, we fully expect the Kardashians to do everything in their power to retain their rightful place at the top of the cosmetics empire!
