Tristan Thompson cheating scandal overshadows everything, even a great NBA Playoffs game
Tristan Thompson is known more for cheating on Khloe Kardashian than he is for being the starting center of the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2018 NBA Playoffs.
The Cleveland Cavaliers won Game 7 on Sunday against the Indiana Pacers and Tristan Thompson played a huge role. Even still, he can’t overcome the anger that many Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans have after learning that he cheated on Khloe.
As Tristan’s name trended on Twitter due to the epic Game 7 win, many took that opportunity to make fun of the disgraced cheater rather than congratulating him for making it past the first round of the playoffs. That’s right, even Tristan’s big win wasn’t enough to quiet the anger (and the jokes) that have come from cheating on Khloe.

Tristan Thompson scored 15 points in the game, helping lead the Cleveland Cavs to a 105-101 win and move them forward in the playoffs. He also had 10 rebounds and an assist, making this one of Tristan’s best games in recent memory.
Fans were shocked to see Tristan starting in the final Cavs game of the series but it’s a good thing he did. There were fears that LeBron’s team may end up getting knocked out in the first round, something that normally wouldn’t and shouldn’t happen. Now, we’ll have a few more games, at the very least, to continue hating on Tristan and wondering what Khloe is going to do.
Tristan’s great game wasn’t enough to stop the jokes though and on Twitter, there have been plenty. Like this one, where Damon Bruce tweeted, “The last time I saw Tristan Thompson slam something that hard … nevermind.”
Or this one, which was pretty mean-spirited, especially considering how much the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal has hurt Khloe Kardashian.

Some of the tweets were even worse and too graphic to share. That said, it’s safe to say that Tristan isn’t suffering from the Kardashian Curse at this point. Some have suggested that maybe it means Khloe has left him. However, it’s looking more and more like she won’t After all, Khloe is still in Cleveland with her newborn daughter True.

Now that the Cleveland Cavs have managed to not get knocked out in the first round, they head to Toronto to take on the Raptors. Hopefully, Tristan Thompson can keep on scoring on the court while he’s there and act like a many with a family while he is not.
