Kim Kardashian, Kanye West gifts Uganda President with shoes

Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West recently met with the President of Uganda and greeted him in true Kanye fashion – with a pair of sneakers.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took a trip to East Africa and met the President of Uganda, Yoweri K Museveni. Of course, Kanye gave the President a pair of white sneakers as a gift according to Entertainment Tonight. This comes as no surprise to me because Kanye is always going to be Kanye. The president shared a post about the sneakers though so we know that the gesture was taken well.

The rapper has been sharing videos of the couple’s trip to East Africa on social media. Of course the tweets he has been sharing have been a little off the wall, because its Kanye and he tends to take to social media pretty hard and fast, leaving the rest of us scratching our heads.

This isn’t the only president the pair have met recently. They also met the President of the United States, Donald Trump. The visit included a “Make America Great Again Hat” and Kanye declaring he was mis-diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Oh Kanye.

Kim Kardashian West has been experiencing her own scrutiny recently because she let her daughter, North West, wear makeup.  Yes, she’s young, but what little girl doesn’t want to wear makeup, especially when your mom and aunt both own cosmetics lines. It’s totally up to Kim and of course she has stood strong against the haters, but its also totally understandable why moms wouldn’t want their young daughters in makeup.
