Today reports that Kardashian refers to her beloved avocado pudding recipe as a “power meal in a cup.” Kardashian is fond of dishing up the diet food in a small glass and then spooning up her treat.

The avocado pudding diet recipe can be used for breakfast.


  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey, preferably Manuka honey

Put the ingredients into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Put into short glasses to eat with spoons.

Kourtney Kardashian enhances avocado pudding recipe with supplements

Although the basic avocado diet pudding recipe is short and simple, E News reports that Kourtney sometimes adds supplements to her mixture.

Her favorite added supplements include “organic protein powder, E3Live blue-green algae and MCT oil.”

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is just five feet tall, and she aims to keep her weight at around 100 pounds. Kardashian generally avoids dairy and foods containing gluten.

She starts her day with a morning collagen shot and organic apple cider vinegar mixed into a glass of water.
