Kylie Jenner stunned with how quickly she restored her pre-baby body after her pregnancy. Now the KUWTK star is sharing her weight loss diet secrets!
Kylie Jenner wowed her fans by going from a just-had-a-baby post-pregnancy tummy pouch to flat abs.

Kylie Jenner: How did you restore your pre-baby body so fast?
Jenner turned to Instagram to share her post-pregnancy weight loss diet secrets, reported Extra.
The reality TV star welcomed her first baby, a little girl named Stormi, with her boyfriend Travis Scott in February 2018.
Heading to Instagram Stories, Kylie admitted that she is proud of her now-flat stomach.
So a fan asked the obvious question during the Instagram Live sessin: Tell us your secrets, Kylie Jenner!
Jenner, who was sharing photos of her flat stomach on Instagram as soon as October 2018, finally dished up her weight loss diet tips.
And no, there’s no plastic surgery involved.
Kylie Jenner explains her post-baby weight loss diet
In addition to skipping the temptation to have a tummy tuck or so-called plastic surgery mommy makeover procedure, Jenner credited her diet for her weight loss.
“Honestly, it’s all about diet for me,” admitted Kylie.
Jenner noted that although her supermodel sister is “just a really skinny person…—she’s naturally, like, model status,” Kylie works on her diet.
She eliminated her favorite fattening fods, including pizza and pasta, turning to clean eating instead. Jenner revealed that she also cut out most dairy products.
Kylie Jenner usually eats ‘very crazy’
“I really eat very crazy usually, like whatever I want—pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy, and I just kind of cut that all out,” confessed Kylie.
By improving her eating habits, Jenner feels she has found “the trick” to weight loss.
And for those who want to follow in her reality TV footsteps, Kylie cautioned that it takes time. She said it “really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create a child,” estimating that it took her a “full year” to restore her body.
