And one of Meghan’s weight loss secrets is all about a food that she has a special way of cooking.

And while Meghan looks stunning in that frock, we also have to call attention to that sweet loving expression that the Duchess has when she looks at Harry.

Markle follows a carefully planned diet, according to Prevention.

When she gets up, she drinks a huge glass of lemon water. Meghan then enjoys green juice, oatmeal, or poached eggs and toast with avocado.

For lunch, Markle prefers fresh seafood for her protein and some sort of vegetables.

Meghan also eats quinoa and snacks on almonds and apples.

“Green juice is a food-as-medicine philosophy for me,” Markle has said, and she makes her own drink with apple, kale, spinach, lemon and ginger.

But there’s one food that Meghan especially loves on her diet. She slow cooks zucchini for four to five hours until it becomes a “filthy, sexy mush.”

Markle adds bouillon to the water to make it more creamy.

For dinner, Meghan likes meat, chicken, or fish along with more vegetables. And although the Duchess likes onion and garlic, it’s off the menu when she’s dining with Queen Elizabeth II.
